Eligibility for refund

  • The item must be in its original condition and unused.
  • The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.



Request a refund


To initiate a return, follow these steps:


  1. Please contact our customer service at info@ikigaiantiques.com to inform us of your intention to return the item. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. You can also simply reply to your order confirmation email.
  2. You will then receive instructions for the return.


Refund procedure


  • Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • You will receive a full refund of the amount you paid, excluding any shipping costs, within 1-3 business days after we receive the item. You will receive your refund via the payment method you used.



Damaged items


If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@ikigaiantiques.com. We will make sure it is resolved, whether that means refunding your money or sending out a replacement.
